The welcome event for the new men joining us this year will take place on the evening of September 8th. During this gathering, we will engage in enquiry circles, meditations and exercises based on the themes of previous years (2022, 2023, and 2024):

The 2025 Ibiza Retreat for Men is a transformative journey designed to help men reconnect with themselves, each other, and the deeper rhythms of life.

 

Rooted in true brotherhood and lasting friendship, this retreat provides a unique space to explore a new masculine identity—one that honors both strength and vulnerability, power and love, freedom and deep connection with others.

By living together in a welcoming and homely 600-year-old farmhouse, you can immerse yourself in a vibrant community of like-minded men.

What we need, and what this fractured and turbulent world needs, are meaningful relationships between men, bonds that go beyond the selfish and superficial interactions of everyday life. This retreat fosters a supportive community where men encourage each other to grow and evolve.

Guided by ancient Shamanic Rituals, Rituals of Release, Meditation, Prayer, Reflective Group Sessions, Teacher Plants, Dance, and Nature Immersion, we will reconnect with the heartbeat of the Earth, finding grounding and spiritual alignment.

This retreat is not a therapy group, a fight club, or just a drumming circle. Instead, it is a community experiment. And it is a great opportunity to explore a new, holistic masculinity— courageous, compassionate and connected.
